Last night was a lot of fun and while the evening started out with a small group we ended the night with pretty good attendance. Thanks to everyone who came out and contributed!
A summary of what was discussed:
- The deadline for the May 31 Deep Ellum show has been extended to May 20. This show is open to 2ND Thursday members only and will be hosted at 2646 Main Street, Dallas, TX 75226. E-mail submissions to 2ndthursday@gmail.com.
- The Idioms show will be held in late August at the Jeremy McKane Gallery. Stop by to check out the space as well as the current show!
- We think Nina has created a shirt design for us!
- The next open studio night should include more art and less revelry. Live and learn, eh? We're down for hanging out as a group but want to keep 2ND Thursday associated events focused on art.
What you need to know about the Idioms show:
- It is open to 2ND Thursday members.
- You must have one idiom per piece of art submitted.
- You must not choose an idiom someone else has claimed.
