Owen Jones
Provocative new works by Owen Jones. These pieces have you rethink, your way of thinking. There is a deeper notion to the content rather than whats on the surface.
Owen- i like the last piece the best; its the top head/ blond woman /centered that draws my attention to the work. Nice to see a little portrait leak through. The detail images (small rectangles) are a little confusing in lay out- should identify that more clearly. John Baldessari (sp?) comes to mind- should check out some of his work. There is an artist-Italian- in DMA current show who took ripped posters from around Rome u should see for texture ideas peace, chris
